1. Installing Boto

pip를 이용하여 boto3 api의 가장 최신버전을 설치할 수 있습니다.

$ pip install boto3

2. Do it

위 1-3까지의 setting을 모두 마친 뒤, git에서 tts_module.py 다운 후 실행.
